Refunds

Every account starts with 30 days free, with no payment details needed, so you never pay for the trial and it never turns into a charge. If you subscribe during the trial, the trial ends and you are charged that day.

After a charge, how a refund works depends on where you paid.

Our website (Paddle). Ask within 14 days of a charge (including a renewal charge) and you will receive a full refund of that charge, no questions asked. Request it at paddle.net or by replying to your Paddle receipt. Paddle returns the money to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Google Play. Google handles refund requests made within 48 hours of a charge; request one through Google Play. After 48 hours we do not refund Google Play charges, except where your local consumer law requires it.

Apple App Store. Apple handles every App Store refund, and we cannot issue them or see your request. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your rights. This policy adds to your rights under local consumer law and does not take any away. For example, consumers in Australia have guarantees that cannot be excluded.

EU and UK. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of it without giving a reason, wherever you paid. On our website, that is the 14-day full refund above. For an App Store or Google Play purchase, ask Apple or Google, and cancel there so it does not renew; if they decline a request made within those 14 days, contact us and we will refund that charge ourselves.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel anytime, where you bought; our Terms list the steps for each. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

If we discontinue an app

If we shut down an app, we will give at least 30 days' notice, stop all renewals so no one is charged past the shutdown date, and refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period, wherever you paid. You will also have at least 30 days to request an export of your data. Details are in our Terms of Service.
