Refunds
Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, if you have not had one before. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. We email you about 7 days before your first charge.
After a charge, how a refund works depends on where you paid.
Our website (Paddle). Ask within 14 days of a charge (including a renewal charge) and you will receive a full refund of that charge, no questions asked. Request it at paddle.net or by replying to your Paddle receipt. Paddle returns the money to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Google Play. Google handles refund requests made within 48 hours of a charge; request one through Google Play. After 48 hours we do not refund Google Play charges, except where your local consumer law requires it.
Apple App Store. Apple handles every App Store refund, and we cannot issue them or see your request. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your rights. This policy adds to your rights under local consumer law and does not take any away. For example, consumers in the EU and UK have a right to withdraw, and consumers in Australia have guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel anytime, where you bought; our Terms list the steps for each. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime purchases are sold only on our website and follow the same rule: a full refund within 14 days of the charge.
If we discontinue an app
If we shut down an app, we will give at least 30 days' notice, stop all renewals so no one is charged past the shutdown date, refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period, and refund lifetime purchases pro-rata (treated as 36 months of service from the purchase date), wherever you paid. You will also have at least 30 days to request an export of your data. Details are in our Terms of Service.
