Política de reembolsos

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Try before you pay

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can use the full product before any charge. You can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.

Web purchases (via Paddle)

Web purchases are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge (including a renewal charge) and we will issue a full refund of that charge. Email [email protected] or reply to your Paddle receipt; refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have statutory withdrawal rights that this policy does not limit.

App Store and Google Play purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are sold by that store as merchant of record, and refunds are handled under the store's own policy:

We cannot issue refunds directly for store purchases, but if you run into trouble, email us and we will do our best to help.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel anytime through the channel you purchased from (your account settings for web purchases; your App Store or Google Play subscription settings for mobile purchases). Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. We don't prorate partial periods outside the 14-day window above.

Lifetime purchases

One-time lifetime purchases follow the same rule: a full refund within 14 days of the charge, through the channel you purchased from.

If we ever discontinue an app

If we ever shut down an app, we will give at least 30 days' notice, stop all renewals so no one is charged past the shutdown date, refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period, and refund lifetime purchases pro-rata (treated as 36 months of service from the purchase date). You will also have at least 30 days to request an export of your data. Details are in our Terms of Service.
